Mr. Redoglia began his career in energy as an analyst in the Refining and Marketing Group at Tosco Corporation in 1980 and then as an energy specialist with the London-based broker dealer; Agra, Gill & Duffus. In 1985, Mr. Redoglia began his over 16 year tenure as a Senior Vice President with Merrill Lynch. For a majority of those years the Institutional Energy Desk at Merrill Lynch was ranked number one as measured by cleared contracts on NYMEX futures and options. Merrill Lynch operations sold to ABN AMRO in July 2000, and Mr. Redoglia worked as Co-Managing Director in charge of reorganizing London operations. This career track put Mr. Redoglia at the inception of every major energy contract developed going back to the NYMEX WTI, IPE Brent and even the failed LLS CBOT contract. This allowed Mr. Redoglia to be able participate in how the industry dealt with these new risk products and be part of the discussion how they could be utilized as a means to manage risk.
For the past 11 years, Mr. Redoglia has served as director with Global Energy Horizons to assist energy and natural resource companies with commercializing new technologies.
Mr. Redoglia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University Of California, Santa Barbara.
